Expert Terms

These terms apply if you apply to offer consultations on Vyoohoo, or if you already do. They add to the Terms of Service. If they conflict on your work or earnings as an expert, these Expert Terms control.

Application and your account

You must be at least 18. Applying does not make you live and does not promise customers or income. Only you may take calls on your expert account. Describe your skills truthfully. A Vyoohoo Verified badge means we checked that the social accounts you claimed looked like yours. It is not a license or a background check. Changing Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube removes the badge until we check again.

Independent experts

You are an independent service provider, not a Vyoohoo employee. You set your rate and when you are available. You are responsible for your advice, equipment, and taxes.

What a consultation is

Live, one-to-one personal guidance, starting with beauty and style. Not licensed medical, legal, or emergency care — even if you hold a license. If you recommend a product you are paid to promote, or that you got for free, say so.

Sexual content, minors, and conduct

Vyoohoo is not an adult platform. No pornography, sexual acts, or nudity of genitals, buttocks, or breasts, even if both adults agree. Do not ask anyone to undress. Clothed, nonsexual beauty and fashion demonstrations are allowed. No child sexual material, grooming, or putting a minor on camera. If you reasonably suspect someone is under 18, end the call and report it. No harassment or threats. If a customer asks for something prohibited, refuse and hang up. Do not keep an unsafe call open to run the meter.

Honest calls and payments

You provide the consultation yourself, live. No stand-ins, no stalling, no leaving the call connected to increase the charge. Do not fake calls, call yourself, or use a stolen card. Do not take payment off Vyoohoo for a consultation that started here. Your own social profiles and clients outside Vyoohoo are fine.

Money

You receive 70% of the consultation charge we actually collect and keep. We keep 30%. Card fees are not an extra cut from your 70%. Refunds and lost disputes reduce the related earnings, including against future payouts. We will not take the same dollar twice.

The rate is the one shown before the call. The $5 card check is not the bill and not a cap. If you never connect, there is no earning. Connected time is at least 60 seconds once a paid call has started, then actual overlap, rounded up to the next cent.

Payouts go to Stripe Express after you finish onboarding. Our target is about 24 hours once eligible earnings reach $10, or about a week if they are still under $10. Stripe and the bank can take longer. We may hold amounts tied to suspected fraud, a dispute, or incomplete verification, and release what is no longer held.

Privacy, recording, and reviews

Do not record, screenshot, transcribe, or publish a call. Do not let someone else take the call through your account. Reviews must be real. Do not buy them or retaliate for an honest one.

Removal

We may pause availability, payouts, or expert access for violations, safety issues, or fraud. Email support@vyoohoo.app to ask for a review. Do not open a new account to get around a restriction. You may stop offering consultations at any time. Earnings already earned still follow the payment rules.
