Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vyoohoo. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Starting or answering a video call also means you agree to the call rules below.

The service

Vyoohoo connects customers with independent experts for live one-to-one video consultations. Experts set their own per-minute rates and choose when they are available. Vyoohoo is a marketplace, not the expert’s employer, and not a licensed professional practice. Nothing here is a reservation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18. Parental permission does not make a minor eligible. Do not share or sell your account.

Not licensed advice

Consultations are live personal guidance only. They are not medical, clinical, legal, financial, or emergency care. Do not use Vyoohoo for emergencies.

How billing works

Before a paid call we place a card authorization, currently $5, to confirm the card works. That hold is not the bill and it is not a spending cap. If you both connect on video, you are charged for connected time at the rate shown before the call. Connected time is at least 60 seconds once the call has started, then the actual overlap, rounded up to the next cent. If you never connect, we release the hold. Vyoohoo keeps 30% of what we actually collect and keep. The expert’s 70% comes from that same amount.

Conduct on a video call

These rules apply to customers and experts, including profiles, photos, and links.

• No nudity or sexual content, even if both adults agree. Do not ask anyone to undress. Clothed, nonsexual beauty and fashion demonstrations are allowed.
• No child sexual abuse material, grooming, or sexualization of minors. If you reasonably suspect someone is under 18, end the call and report it.
• No harassment, hate, threats, stalking, or bullying.
• Do not record, screenshot, transcribe, or publish a call, including with an AI notetaker. Vyoohoo does not record calls.
• Do not move a Vyoohoo consultation or its payment off the app. No cash, payment apps, crypto, or private tips for that call.
• Do not fake a call, use a stolen card, or keep a call open after it is over to run up a charge. If a call feels unsafe, hang up and use Report.

We may end a call or suspend an account for breaking these rules. Report and block are in the app. Email support to ask us to review a decision.

Ratings

Ratings must be honest. Do not buy or pressure anyone for a review, or retaliate for an honest one.
