Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vyoohoo. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

• You must be 18 or older.
• Vyoohoo is a marketplace for live 1:1 video consultations. Experts are independent — not Vyoohoo employees — and consultations are not licensed medical, legal, or emergency care.
• Before a call we place a small card authorization (currently $5) to confirm the card works. That hold is not the final charge. If you both connect on video, you are billed connected time × the expert’s posted per-minute rate when the call ends. If you never connect, we release the hold.
• Experts set their own rates. Vyoohoo keeps a 30% platform commission.
• While the iOS app is in TestFlight, payments run in Stripe test mode unless we tell you otherwise. Use test card 4242 4242 4242 4242 — do not enter a real card unless we have switched to live keys.
• Be respectful. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or unsafe behavior.
